ASSP - Who are we?

The ASSP is a nonprofit association. Its main objective is to transmit the knowledge of the sommelier profession through courses and events organized throughout the year to all members. Each month, except July and August, the leaders of each language region organize events around wine: professional tastings, sommelier courses and wine trips to discover regional wines and producers. On request ASSP will provide specific courses for hotel workers, restaurant and gastronomy. Our mision is to defend the culture of wine and the pleasure of the table through food and wine pairing in a constant quest of quality.
