Wine tours in the Seeland (Bielersee)

Schaffhausen, die Heimat des Blauburgunders

Der Weinbaukanton Schaffhausen präsentiert sich heute in Hochform. Seine Winzer und Weinproduzenten sind so gut ausgebildet wie nie zuvor. Im Einklang mit der Natur – integrierte Produktion (IP) ist Standard – und mit Hilfe einer klug eingesetzten Kellertechnik erzeugen sie in einer früher nie für möglich gehaltenen Dichte fabelhafte Weiss- und Rotweine – frische, süffige Apéro-Tropfen, aber auch kräftige, harmonische Essensbegleiter. Der Blauburgunder spielt die Hauptrolle. Drei von vier Rebstöcken tragen Pinot-Noir-Trauben. Sekundiert wird er von unzähligen anderen Rebsorten wie Riesling-Silvaner oder Chardonnay, Diolinoir oder Merlot.
